WHAT IS EBAY

Its an online auction house where users can list items for sale, and where users can purchase items from other users. Each eBay account can be used for buying and for selling. A user can start selling after registering a credit card (for verification and billing purposes) but can also do direct debit if they do not have a credit card. eBay make money by charging sellers fees to list items and when items sell.
